The Vaults 2025 limited release is a marriage of bourbons aged a minimum of 15 years and finished in Mythological Oak from the ancient coastal forests of Greece.

Over the past several years, we’ve set aside a cache of extraordinary, long-aged bourbons. When we uncovered a range of barrels with remarkable depth and character, we began the painstaking process of blending them—always in hyper-small batches—to create the next release of The Vaults.

Each annual edition features a different finishing wood, offering collectors a rare chance to experience how unique wood varietals shape the profile of mature bourbon. The 2025 release is finished in air-seasoned casks made from Mythological Oak, harvested from the ancient forests of Amfilochia, Greece. Sacred to Zeus and steeped in legend, this rare oak lends evocative notes of wild honey, mountain sage, and dried fig, enriching the bourbon’s structure and length.

Proofed with mineral-rich limestone water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY and bottled at 99 proof, The Vaults 2025 is a whiskey of commanding age, origin, and intent—crafted to intrigue and destined for the top shelf of serious collectors.
